High Wycombe — Backyard transformation

A practical backyard makeover with a clear before-and-after story.

This High Wycombe backyard contained several difficult, underused areas that had become hard to access and enjoy. Rather than treating it as one simple makeover, the work moved through a number of separate areas, each needing its own clearing, preparation and practical solution.

The project included removing overgrowth, preparing and levelling difficult ground, and improving surfaces and access so the backyard could function again. The paired images show the change area by area: spaces that were previously neglected or awkward becoming clearer, more open and more useful.

The strength of this project is the cumulative result. Several modest improvements added up to a backyard the client and dog could actually spend time in, with the garden’s existing character retained while the difficult parts were made manageable.
