Butler — Stone side-access improvement

A practical stone side-access improvement that made the passage cleaner and more usable.

This narrow side access had become dry, weedy and difficult to use. The work began by clearing the existing growth and preparing the passage, then installing weed mat and a layer of stone to create a cleaner, more practical walkway.

Access was tight, so the job called for a creative solution: the end fence panels were carefully removed to get materials and equipment through, then reinstalled once the work was complete.

The combined before-and-after image makes the change immediate: a neglected strip beside the house becomes a defined access route with a much more finished feel. An adjoining garden bed was also brought back under control, extending the improvement beyond the path itself.

The result is simple but meaningful — better access, fewer weeds and a side passage that is easier to move through and maintain.
