Bassendean — Blank-canvas Buffalo lawn installation

Ground preparation, supporting reticulation and a new Sir Walter Buffalo lawn installed from bare ground.

There was no existing lawn at this property, so the project began with a blank canvas rather than a lawn replacement. The work moved through layout, ground preparation, supporting reticulation, soil preparation and installation of a new Buffalo lawn.

The sequence shows the practical stages that sit underneath a finished lawn: preparing the area, setting out the irrigation support, shaping the surface and laying the turf so it could establish evenly. The finished Buffalo lawn gives the property a clean, usable green space and a much stronger foundation for ongoing garden care.
